Working productively with the SGMM

The St. Gallen Management Model (SGMM) is an innovative perspective and form of language and thinking serving creative reflection on the complex interplay of environment, organization, and management. In this sense, the SGMM sees itself as a language of reflection and as a working tool.

Using and applying the SGMM ought to help generate new and helpful perspectives on management practice and enable collaborative reflection and further development. This may be done in both basic management training or executive education. In the same way, a specific organization’s established management practice and its related challenges may also become the subject of SGMM-based reflection.
